1932 'A private company, registered on December 12. Capital, £4,000 in £1 shares. Objects: To acquire the business of a motor engineer and garage proprietor, heretofore carried on by Reginald P. Ravenhill at Commercial road, Hereford. The directors are: R. P. Ravenhill, chairman, Elstow, Helod road, Hereford; and J. H. Tummey, Tembani, Geoffrey-avenue, Hereford. The said R. P. Ravenhill shall be permanent governing director so long as he holds 100 shares.'[1]
