1961 Aluminium and magnesium smelters, manufacturing alloys, magnesium anodes and tubular welding fittings. 470 employees.[2]
1962 Set up Midland Extrusions Ltd as a subsidiary
1966 Oscar Hahn was managing director; his company was a world leader in welded pipe fittings[3]
1967 Taken over presumably by GKN
1969 Oscar Hahn succeeded Stanley Markland as chairman and chief executive of the company which was a subsidiary of GKN[4]
