1990 GEC sold its share of the company to Siemens

1991 Acquired the 50 percent of Roke Manor Research that it did not already own

1992 Siemens Plessey Defence Systems Ltd, which was in the process of changing its name to Siemens Plessey Systems Ltd, was appointed manager of the business and undertaking of the company.
