1939 Aldersley Engineering Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to carry on the business of welders, mechanical engineers, ironfounders, manufacturers of excavating, levelling and drainage machines.[1]
1977 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
