1919 Public company formation. Seven directors named including W. Alban Richards, 58 South Audley Street, S.W. (Managing Director). To take over the business of W. Alban Richards and Co and developing the business of General Engineering and Contracting. The company commenced 42 years ago by Alban Richards, Senior, and continued by W. Alban Richards. Lt-Col. G. E. Morgan, RE, MICE, is the Resident Managing Director of their French company. The company has factories at Poole Harbour and Ashtead, Surrey.[1]
