Born at Exeter

Son of John and Mary Western, of 11, Artizans Dwellings, Rack Street, Exeter. Enlisted Aug., 1914. An employee of Great Western Railway.

1911 Living at 11 Artizans Dwellings, Rack St, Exeter, a Collar Stamper (Collar manufacturing).[1]

Died 02 April 1917. Pte. Devon Regiment. Age 21. KIA.
