Son of Francis and Sarah Westcott, of 24, Courtenay Road, St. Thomas, Exeter.

1911 Loving at 24 Courtnay Road, Exeter, a Warehousemen in Grocery.[1]

Died 28 April 1917. Pte. Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry. Age 40. Died of wounds.

Commemorated: Bruay Communal Cemetery Extension
