1866 Dissolution of the Partnership between Richard Fothergill, Thomas Alers Hankey, and Benjamin Bateman under the firm of The Plymouth Iron Company, at the Plymouth Iron Works, Merthyr Tydvil, in the county of Glamorgan, and of No. 50, Gracechurch-street, in the city of London, as Iron Masters[1]
1867 the Plymouth and Penydarran Works had recently been purchased by the Plymouth Iron Company, Mr. Richard Fothergill being the managing proprietor.
Presumably then became Fothergill, Hankey and Co
