'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Thomas Loake, John Loake and William Frederick Loake carrying on business as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers at Kettering under the style or firm of Loake Bros, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 26th day of December 1894. 1895 Partnership to limited company. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Thomas Loake, John Loake and William Frederick Loake carrying on business as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers at Kettering under the style or firm of Loake Bros, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 26th day of December 1894.
