1893 Patent on Pneumatic Tyres for velocipedes and similar vehicles (in Spanish, so presumably there was an English one before that).

1894 Gained a patent on "Improvements in Pneumatic Tyres."

1895 A gentleman of Ashton on Mersey; with William Bowden, patent on "Improvements in or relating to Pneumatic Wheel Tyres."

1900 With Frederick James Seddon, patent on "Improvements in Pneumatic Tyres."

Several more patents on pneumatic tyres in the following years.

1911 of Manchester; with Arthur Seddon, both gas lighting and heating specialists, gained a patent on "Improvements in or relating to Compressors for Air or Gases."
