Born the son of Gilbert McCall and his wife Jane Hale
1871 Residing at High Street, Stonehouse: Gilbert McCall (age 34 born Scotland), Cloth Manufacturers Clerk. With his wife Jane, three daughters and two sons George Kerr McCall (age 4 born Stonehouse) and Gilbert McCall (age 3 born Stonehouse).[1]
1911 Residing at The Cottage, Willesden Paddock, Cricklewood, NW: Gilbert McCall (age 43 born Stonehouse), Woollen Cloth Manufacturer and agent. With his wife Amy Everest McCall (age 32 born London) and sons Gilbert Kerr McCall (age 1) and John Donald McCall (age 2 months).[2]
