1979 Redrow Construction Ltd was renamed Redrow Civil Engineering Ltd
1980 Redrow Civil Engineering Ltd was renamed Redrow Ltd
1983 Redrow Ltd was renamed Redrow Developments Ltd
1986 Redrow Group plc was incorporated. Redrow Developments Ltd was renamed Redrow Developments (Northern) Ltd. A number of other regional subsidiaries of the Group were also incorporated.
1986 Redrow Developments (Northern) Ltd was renamed Redrow Homes (Northern) Ltd
1990 Relocated the UK headquarters to the purpose-built St David's Park in Ewloe
1994 A subsidiary Redrow Group plc was incorporated named Redrow Holdings plc
