1890 Company registered. 'Manufacturing Company has just been registered with capital of £5,000, in shares, to acquire and take over as going concern the business of cycle manufacturers, formerly carried on at Addison Works, Stoney Stanton-road, Coventry, by [[Attenborough and Underwood]], to enter into an agreement with the said company and its liquidator, and to carry on the business manufacturers, vendors, and factors of cycles, velocipedes, motor-cars, carriages, vans, or other self-propelled or other vehicles, engineers, stampers, founders, fitters, &c.
