As the company expanded it specialized in the manufacture of medium and large power transformers.
By 1951 was manufacturing transformers up to 60MVA, 132kV.
1961 Electrical equipment and transformer manufacturers, covering ore type power transformers and magnetically shielded reactors for generation, transmission and distribution. [1]
1968 Acquired by Aberdare Holdings.[2][3]
1973 Aberdare Holdings acquired by Hawker Siddeley.[4]
