1929 George Ellison founded Ellison Insulations Ltd. as part of his wider group of companies.
1944 The name of the company was changed to Tufnol Ltd.
1992 was a subsidiary of Tufnol Industries Ltd
2004 Tufnol Composites Ltd was incorporated
