1930 'Owing to the increased demand for Knowles cells, Messrs. The International Electrolytic Plant Company, New Crane-street, Chester, have taken the works formerly occupied by Messrs. The Sandycroft Foundry Company, Limited, Sandycroft, near Chester. In the near future the factory and offices will be transferred to the new premises.[2]
