Frank William Southall (1904-1964) was a very well-known cyclist gaining numerous cycling achievements. He even had a cigarette trading card made in his honour.
1931 He broke the two-mile s. s. human-paced record. [1]
1935 Awarded the Bidlake Memorial Plaque for his 'Brighton Ride'.
