Cyril Terence 'Tom' Delaney (1911-2006) of Delaney Gallay

1911 Born at Willesden the son of Terry Delaney.

Educated at Bishop's Stortford College

Raced and won in a Lea-Francis at Brooklands

1933 Patent on "Improvements in or relating to the supercharging of internal combustion engines", the first of more than 50 British patents; there were also many foreign versions of his patents.

1935 Patent on " A new or improved tube particularly for use in the radiators of internal-combustion engines" with Chausson Gallay of Scrubs Lane, London

1935 Patent on "A new or improved cooler for oil and other liquids" with James Frank Belaieff and Gallay Ltd of Scrubs Lane.
