1967 Cozens and Sutcliffe (Holdings) sold Redler Industries, manufacturers of mechanical handling plant, H. J. H. King and Co, general engineers, and its 51 percent interest in Duodec Development and Construction Co, suppliers and installers of mechanical handling and storage plant, to J. Brockhouse and Co[1]
