Thomas Valentine Stephens (c1857-1933)

Born the son of John Stephens, a Builder. Also brother to John Stephens who was also a builder.

1933 Died age 76. Builder of the firm Bunclarke and Stephens. Two of his sons are builders one in Woodland and Stephens and the other in Australia.[1]
