1914 A. Ferguson and Company Limited, 15 Quality Street, Leith, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £100, to carry on business as wine and spirit merchants.[1]
1980 Part of Distillers Co
1990 The company, by now dormant, was voluntarily liquidated.[2]
