1895 Incorporated. Bakers and confectioners at Swansea, Dowlais and Cardiff, specialising in all types of cake.

1953 'Journalists visiting the Delberry Cake factory at Messrs. D. Jones Dickinson and Co., at Dowlais, saw miles of Swiss roll being made on the Swiss roll band.' The Delberry Cake factory is built on the site of the old Dowlais Ironworks.[1]

1954 Acquired by Avana Associated Bakeries.[2]
