1919 Take-over of Pearks Dairies and Broughs[1]

1924 The Chairman is G. Beale and the company appears to own Pearks and Broughs.[2]

1929 Amalgamated with Home and Colonial Stores. Had been established for a "good many years".[3]

1930 The company was controlled by Home and Colonial Stores. It held controlling interests in Broughs Ltd, Sherry's Dairy Co Ltd and Neales Tea Stores Ltd[4]
