1919 Company founded as a subsidiary of Falk, Stadelmann and Co, at Veritas Gas Mantle Works.

1966 Started making products for the camping and DIY markets.

1969 Company incorporated.

1970 Jessel Securities acquired Falks Industries including its subsidiaries Stoves Ltd and Falks Veritas.[1]

1971 Falks became part of the new company Newhome-Veritas.

1972 Moved to factory in Chiswick.

1973 Acquired by Valor Co
