The objects are to acquire the business of a manufacturer of purified woollen flocks and millpuffs, lately carried on by Matthew H. Grist at Merretts Mills, Woodchester. The permanent directors are: Samuel H. Grist, The Croft. Rodborough Common, Stroud, flock manufacturer, Lionel Grist, Elm Bank, S. Woodchester, flock manufacturer, Mabel Maria Grist and Josephine J.
