Paskin]], M.Inst.C.E., waterworks Engineer of Halifax, with private practice. 1881—Assistant Engineer, and afterwards Deputy Engineer to the [[Cardiff Corporation Waterworks]], under [[J. A. B. Williams]], M.Inst.C.E. 1895—Appointed Waterworks Engineer in charge of the Cardiff Corporation Waterworks, later also Engineer-in-Chief of all new works. Construction of large and small service reservoirs, filter beds, pumping plants, trunk mains, etc., and distribution to a population of 244,000. Head Works in Breconshire, 3o to 35 miles distant from city. Chief Works: the construction of a large impounding reservoir in Breconshire for the City of Cardiff, area 140 acres, capacity 1,260,000,000 gallons. Also second aqueduct from Breconshire to Cardiff, etc.
