1879 The Diamond Rock Boring Co was wound up; the Aqueous Works and Diamond Rock Boring Co was being formed and the business and property would be tranferred to it.[1]

1882 Company founded by Captain Sir Francis Bolton[2]

1923 The company was in voluntary liquidation[3]
