Before WWII Jablonsky came to England and established Jablo Propellers and Jablo Plastics Industries[1]
1955 Permali acquired from Jablo Plastics Industries that part of their business concerned with densified wood[2]
1959 Lieut.-Col. Harry Delacombe retired as a director of the company[3]
1963 Monsanto Chemicals acquired Jablo Plastics Industries, which would encourage greater use of Monsanto's chemical products[4]
1965 Bruno Jablonsky retired from the board[5]
