1895 Partnership change. '...tho PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned JOHN HOYLE. HERBERT HOYLE and ENOS HOYLE carrying on business as carriers and coal merchants at Crimble, Slatthwalte, near Huddersfield, in the County of York, under the style or firm of John Hoyle and Sons, has been DISSOLVED by mutual consent as from the lot day of October. 1995. All fields due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Herbert Hoyle and Enos Hoyle, who will henceforth carry on the said Wellness at the same address, under the same style or firm as heretofore....'[1]
