1938 Died. 'The death has occurred at a Bradford nursing home of Mr. Alfred Bracewell. of Sunny Lawn, Tmnmere Park, Guiseley, and managing director of Cresswell's Asbestos Company, Ltd., Bradford. He was aged 80. Mr. Bracewell died following an internal operation. He had been in good health up to quite recently. and was working until about a fortnight ego. He had been connected with the firm for about 50 years, and was well known in Bradford business circles. Formerly he was an enthusiastic amateur photographer, and had shown works at many exhibitions. He leaves a widow, two daughters, and two sons.'<ref>Bradford Observer - Friday 21 January 1938</ref>
