Born at Bedminster the son of Israel Marcus Millet, a Draper, and his wife Gitel Katherine Rinenberg

1919 Married at Leicester to Estelle Marguerite Wocke and had three daughters

1928 Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Milletts Stores (1928). Stores Proprietor.[1]

1939 Residing at 21 Darwin Road, Southampton, Gent's Clothier (and Government Surplus and Old Stores Contractor). With Estelle M. Millett (born 1897) and Pauline R. Millett (born 1920).[2]

1946 Moving from Leicester to London.[3]
