Oscar was a scooter produced between 1953 and 1954, in Blackburn, Lancashire.
This machine had a bulbous, fibre-glass body and was to have the choice of either a 122cc or a 197cc Villiers engine, with rubber mountings for vibration absorption. First shown in 1953 it was later used by Siba for test work. It never went into production.
