Early 1900s British Electric Transformer Co acquired interest in Berry Construction Co Ltd which owned the Tricity patents[1].
1912 Demand for Tricity cookers had doubled since the previous 6 month period[2]. British Electric Transformer Co planned to acquire the Tricity business in its entirety.
1914 British Electric Transformer Co's specialities included Tricity cookers and utensils. [3]
1932 Crompton Parkinson acquired British Electric Transformer Co Ltd giving the company control of Tricity cookers.
1951 Thorn Electrical Industries acquired Tricity Cookers.
