Buses
- In the 1920s-1930s Mercedes-Benz built very few chassis from Britain .
- Pullman Roadways of Croydon ran a fleet of five 20 seater Mercedes-Benz luxury coaches.
- These ran on the London-Southampton-Bournemouth and London-Torquay-Plymouth routes.
- Mercedes was early in the production of diesel engines.
- 1938 They constructed a forward control model to seat 44 passengers.
