1913 Company incorporated[1].

1934 Taken over by Ridgways; business continued from Ridgways' premises in Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent

From 1940-52 the North Staffordshire Pottery Co Ltd were operating at the Globe Pottery site, this company was also taken over by Ridgway Potteries Ltd in 1952.

1948 Part of Lawley Group on its formation
