  • 1876 New Grange Foundry was built in 1876 and opened in 1877. The company undertook mainly jobbing work, specialising in ornamental castings.
  • 1919 A Ballantine and Sons was incorporated in 1919 with the registration number SC010292
  • 1987 The Company name changed to Ballantine Bo’ness Iron Company Ltd.
