- 1914 Manufacturers of the patent automatic reversible booster and patent fly-wheel system for colliery winding and for equalizing tramway loads. Employees 1,000. [3]
- 1917 Alternator. 20 kva. Exhibit at Bradford Industrial Museum
- 1920 May. Came to an arrangement with Crypto Electrical Co on motor production. [4]
- 1920 September. Exhibited at the Machine Tool and Engineering Exhibition at Olympia with motors for machine tool driving. [5]
- 1932/3 Amalgamated with Crypto Electrical Co, forming Lancashire Dynamo and Crypto[6].
