1876 George A. Clough and Co were an exhibitor at the Royal Agricultural Show at Birmingham with several engines. Stockton Malleable Iron Co have twenty in operation, the West Stockton Co have eighteen, Johnson, Reay and Co have eighteen and the Britannia Works at Middlesbrough twenty [1]
