  • 1922 Advert for "Elel" (Yorke's Liquid Life) for Vim, Vigour and Vitality. The King of Tonics and a proven remedy for Spanish Influenza** and Neurasthenia**. Also for Rheumatism, Nervous Complaints, Anaemia, Hay Fever, Black-water Fever**, Chilblains, Fainting Fits, Coughs and Colds, Poor Appetite, Sluggish Liver, Bad Kidneys, Shell Shock, and all other Human Ailments.
