1924 Carmuirs Iron Co Ltd purchased Carmuirs Iron Works from the liquidators
1959/1960 Specialised in solid fuel cooking and heating appliances, General and Engineering Castings
1968 Went into voluntary insolvency in January
1973 finally closed in August
