1906 The Vernon Cycle Co mentioned with a Mr Johnstone who are witnesses in a murder case [1]
c1910 Started to produce cars and motorcycles and the name was changed to The Vernon Cycle and Motor Co
1912 Listed in Spennell's directory of Coventry as Cycle Manufacturers. [2]
1923 Company to close. '...the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily....G. W. WARDLE, Chairman.'[3]
