1884 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Robertson and Henry Nield Bickerton, carrying on business as Bicycle Makers, at 2, Fairfield-street, in the city of Manchester, under the style or firm of William Robertson and Co., has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Henry Nield Bickerton, who will continue to carry on the business at the same place on his own account...'[1]
