1969 Company formed by the merger of John Crossley-Carpet Trades Holdings Ltd and the Carpet Manufacturing Co Ltd and the consolidation of their interests in Kosset Carpets Ltd[1]. It consisted of 2 executive groups:
- Yorkshire Group - John Crossley, Kosset Carpets, Crosslee Yarns, Illingworth and Spur Doubling Mill
- Kidderminster Group - Carpet Manufacturing Co, Gilt Edge Carpets, Debron Carpets, Cooper and Co, Long Marston Felt Co.
1970 E. Illingworth and Co (Bradford) Ltd was a member of Carpets International[2]
