1947 Private company formed by Powell Duffryn to manufacture carbon products previously developed by Delanium Ltd at Battersea (a subsidiary of Powell Duffryn) and acquisition of factory unit at Hayes[1]

1961 Manufacturers of carbon and graphite for chemical plant and mechanical applications. Machinists of nuclear graphite. 275 employees.

1967 Powell Duffryn sold the Delanium process to Roger Jenkins of Rotherham as it was too specialised to be integrated with the company's other engineering businesses[2]
