- 1919 Moseley Brothers was founded by W. J. Moseley under the name of Midland Manufacturing.
- 1931 The company was incorporated as Moseley Brothers (Tools) Ltd.
- 1937 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. A Working Exhibit of Press Tools in production on square steel shells. Users are invited to our Birmingham works, where tools of various descriptions are in course of manufacture. (Stand No. D.417)
