TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, ON THE PREMISES, Situate at Prendargrast Mills, Pembrokeshire, Monday, the 9th day February instant, at the hour of Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, ALL the COTTON MACHINERY and EFFECTS Messrs. Way, Whitaker and Way, late of Prendargrast aforesaid, Cotton- Spinners, Bankrupt, consisting of Carding Engines, 4 Drawing Frames, Roving Frames, Cannies, and 4 for Water Preparations ; 2 Carding Engines | 1795 Advertisement: 'COTTON MACHINERY. Way, Whitaker and Way, late of Prendargrast aforesaid, Cotton- Spinners, Bankrupt, consisting of Carding Engines, 4 Drawing Frames, Roving Frames, Cannies, and 4 for Water Preparations ; 2 Carding Engines, 1 Drawing Frame, 1 Roving Frame, and for Mule Preparations; 14 Water Spinning Frames, working 1,160 Spindles complete; ditto new, but unfinished ; Mules 180 Spindles each; 1 ditto, 144 Spindles ; 1 ditto, 156 Spindles ; ditto, 120 Spindles; 1 Stretching Frame, all complete, in good order, and fit for immediate working. At the same time will be SOLD, The Interest of the said Bankrupts, being an unexpired term of 12 years or thereabouts, of and in the Buildings, Dwelling-house, Garden, Workshops, Grist-Mill, and other Offices, with Nine Acres of Land adjoining, and under the annual rent of 47l. Also, The Materials of the said Grift-Mill, consisting Two Pairs of excellent Stones, Two Boulting Machines, and other Materials. Also, The Materials of the Smiths and Carpenters Shop, with all sorts of Tools necessary for the Works. The above premises are situate on the River, within a mile of the cheap and plentiful Market town of Haverfordwest, to which place a branch of Milford Haven is navigable; and where labour of all sorts may be got at a cheap rate ; and are worthy the attention of persons in the Manufactory line.
