1895 The partnership of W. H. Bailey, J. H. Brindle, A. T. Newbold, J. Mason, ball chain manufacturers under the style Bailey's Ball Chain Co, of Hulme, Manchester, was dissolved[3]. In 1895 there was a W. H. Bailey, cycle ball chain maker, 172 Warde St, Manchester II [4] which may be the person concerned and hence not the William Bailey of this page or William H. Bailey
