WWI Rover Company made an agreement with Victor Riley for post-war manufacture of the Rover small car[1]
1918 After the war, the Riley companies were restructured - Riley Motor Manufacturing Co came under the control of Allan Riley to become Midland Motor Bodies, a coach-builder for Riley.
