We have learned with regret of the deaths of Mr. Herbert William Whitlock and of Mr. Thomas Sydney Whitlock, two of the founder directors of Whitlock Brothers, Ltd., Great Yeldham, Essex.

Mr. Herbert Whitlock, who was seventy-eight, died on January 17th, and his brother, Mr. Thomas Whitlock, who was seventy-nine, died on January 22nd.
