Mersey Chemical Works Ltd of Bromborough
1912 Had cross-vesting of patents with A.G. fur Anilin Fabrikation, a Germany company. The 2 companies brought an action against Levinstein Ltd for infringement of the patents, which they lost; the appeal was halted because of the outbreak of war[1]
